Ex ATLANTIC QUEST

The Royal Engineer Yacht Club (REYC) and Royal Engineer Mountaineering and Exploration Club (REMEC) are joining forces for a combined sailing and mountaineering expedition to South Georgia in 2023/4. All serving soldiers that are interested in taking part should apply via their chain of command; details are contained in the 8 Engineer Brigade OpO 22-0101 (via Defence Connect). Any serving soldiers that are interested in serving as afterguard for the expedition (i.e. currently YM Coastal or likely to achieve the qualification by Jun 23) should contact Lt Col Oliver Donaghy in the first instance.
