REYC Annual Dinner 2026

The 2026 Annual Dinner will be held at the Hornet Services Sailing Club at Gosport on Friday 9 October
- Three-course meal with table service
- House wine on the table
- Port toast
- Tea and coffee
- Pay bar available before and after the meal
Cost: £53 pp (£26.50 discounted tickets for serving Lt's, 2Lt's, Cpl's and below).
Dress: Jacket & tie or smart alternative
Members are welcome to bring guests provided that space is available.
Regrettably no accommodation can be provided but there are various budget hotels and B&B options within reasonable distance.
The menu options are listed below, alternative options can be provided for those with dietary issues
Starter Options
1) CRISPY EGG (White wine velouté, dressed micro shoots)
2) DUO OF SMOKED TROUT (Parsnip and celeriac remoulade, mixed leaf and sorrel)
3) GLAZED FIG AND GOAT CHEESE (Roasted beets, puree and pearls)
Main Options
1) CONFIT LEG OF DUCK (Tarragon mash, raspberry jus, tender stem and root veg)
2) ROASTED VEGETABLE WELLINGTON (Saffron fondant, carrot puree and velouté)
3) SEABASS FILLET (Bouillabaisse and saffron aioli)
Dessert Options
1) HOT CHOCOLATE FONDANT (Pistachios ice cream and white chocolate dust)
2) MIXED BERRY ETON MESS
