REYC Annual Dinner
The 2023 Annual Dinner will again be held at the Hornet Services Sailing Club at Gosport. As before a three-course meal with table service will be provided. A pay bar will be available before and after the meal.
The cost is £52 per head for full price tickets, discounted to £26 for serving Lts, 2Lts, Cpls and below, including drinks served with the meal and tea/coffee after it. Dress is jacket & tie or smart alternative.
Members are welcome to bring guests provided that space is available.
With thanks to those who had made provisional bookings these have now been cancelled and you'll now need to make firm bookings, including menu choices.

Starter:
MUSHROOM AND THYME SOUP
Rustic bread and butter
SMOKED SALMON
Caper berries and salted cucumber
BRUSCHETTA
Avocado and tomato salsa with a balsamic glaze
Main Course
RIB EYE STEAK
Triple cooked chips, grill garnish and peppercorn sauce
ROOT VEGETABLE RISOTTO
Pecorino and dressed wild rocket
SEA TROUT
Potato cake, tenderstem broccoli and beurre rouge
Dessert
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
White chocolate dust, vanilla bean ice cream
LEMON POSSET
Shortbread
Alternative options can be provided for those with dietary issues.
Regrettably no accommodation can be provided but there are various budget hotels and B&B options within reasonable distance. Some berths may be available onboard members' yachts. Email secretary@sappersailing.org if you'd liked to be notified of any onboard options.
